Notifications

The Types tab contains the notification types that are listed by default on the left side of the tab.

Notification types are related to events that enable communication with your website users. For example, you can use notification type for password changes.

Notification types are retrieved from Infor Rhythm Portal and are specific to your tenant.

Select a notification type to view the notification templates for that type. You can create one or more notification templates for each notification type. Use notification templates to specify the content and format of the notifications that you send to website users. For each notification type, you can create a notification template for each site and locale.

You can use the pre-designed templates as a building block for creating your own templates. You can create a new custom template by duplicating a pre-designed template. You can then edit the duplicate. Use the Create Template functionality to create a notification template.
