Viewing the status and verification of senders

You can view whether credentials have been verified and whether credentials are used on at least one template.

  1. Select the Senders tab.
  2. View this information about sender credentials:
    Sender Name
    The name of the sender.
    Email Address
    The email address of the sender.
    Status
    If the sender has been selected on at least one notification template, then Active is displayed. If the sender credentials have not been used, then Inactive is displayed.
    Verification
    If the sender verified the credentials, then Verified is displayed. Verified senders are available for selection on notification templates. If the sender has not been verified, then Not Verified is displayed. You can click the ellipsis button in the Action column then click Resend Verification to send another copy of the verification email.
