Viewing the details of notification types

  1. Under the Types tab, select a Notification Type. This information is displayed:
    • The name, type code, and short description of the notification type
    • The total number of templates that are available for the notification type
    • The number of messages that have been sent for the notification type
  2. To view a list of user-defined templates, click the Custom Templates tab. To view a list standard templates that are provided by Infor, click the Pre-Designed tab.
    Note: The default template of a specific notification type has a DEFAULT badge next to the Template Name. You can set only one default template for each notification type. If the default template is not displayed on the Custom Templates tab, the default template is on the Pre-Designed tab. The default template is always on the first row of the table.
