Feature enablement
Use the Feature Enablement page to view and manage features by enabling or disabling them. The page includes two tabs: Features and GenAI Features.
GenAI Embedded experience is available in Rhythm for Commerce. All available GenAI features are listed in the GenAI Features tab.
To view the Feature enablement page, you must have the RHYTHM-FeatureEnablementAdministrator assigned to your role in Infor OS Portal. To control GenAI features, you must enable GenAI in the CloudSuite Feature Enablement in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP). See Enabling GenAI features through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal and Rhythm Services .
These information are displayed in the table on the Features and GenAI features tab:
- Feature ID
- The Feature ID.
- Application
- The application where the features are made for. The application can either be Rhythm for Commerce, Rhythm Portal, Rhythm Services, Infor PIM, or a combination of these applications.
- Feature name
- The name of the feature. The feature name has a link redirecting to the login page of Infor U where they can find the Release Training sessions of the features.
- Feature type
- The type of the feature. This column is only available in the Features tab.
- GenAI Feature Type
- The type of the GenAI feature. This column is only available in the GenAI Features tab.
- Version
- The release version of the feature.
- Auto Enablement
- The auto enablement is the version when the feature will automatically be enabled in the application. The switch will be turned on and disabled. The user cannot switch it on or off. This column is only available in the Features tab.
- Customer Action Required
- Determines if the customer has actions needed after switching on the feature.
- Last Modified
- The last modified date and time.
- Notes
- Field where you can specify your notes on each feature.
