Rhythm SSL Certificate Management

SSL certificates keeps the site HTTP secured. You need the Rhythm Tenant Admin role to upload SSL certificates.

  1. Navigate to Menu > Configuration > Rhythm SSL Certificate Management.
  2. View the certificate. The current SSL certificate is displayed with these information:
    • Common Name
    • Subject Alternative Name
    • Valid From Date
    • Valid To Date
    • Status of the Certificate
      • Active
      • Expired
      • Active and Expiring Soon (if the current certificate will be expiring in 3 months)
  3. Upload the SSL Certificate and Key.
    These file extensions are accepted for SSL Certificate: .crt, .pem.
    This file extension is accepted for the key: .key.
    Contact the Infor Billable Services Group to assist you regarding certificates.
    A success message is displayed after you upload a valid certificate. When you have a current certificate uploaded and you upload a new one, a confirmation modal shows to confirm that you must replace your current SSL certificate. Another scenario that shows a confirmation modal occurs when the certificate you upload expires in 3 months, so it is tagged as Expiring Soon.
