User Impersonation

Rhythm CSR users can impersonate customer and consumer users upon their request for support in their account, placing an order, requesting a quote, and accepting or declining a quote on their behalf.

See the Infor Rhythm for Commerce Administration Library (Cloud) and select Administration > Customer Management > Customer users, consumer users, and your website > User Impersonation.

You must configure the Impersonate User page and configure the widget to use this feature.
