Displaying prices in the web shop and email notifications

You can choose how prices are displayed for items in the web shop and email notifications. You can show discounts or net price at the tenant level or use customer level setting replicated from M3.

Displaying item discounts at the tenant level

To show item discounts at the tenant level, use the Application Properties form in the Business Center and complete these steps:

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Application.Price Display Source field, specify Discount.
  3. Click Save.

Displaying the net price at the tenant level

To show only the net price at the tenant level, use the Application Properties form in the Business Center and complete these steps:

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Application.Price Display Source field, specify NetPrice.
  3. Click Save.

Using customer level setting replicated from M3

To use the customer level setting replicated from M3 to control whether discount or net prices are displayed, use the Application Properties form in the Business Center and complete these steps:

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Application.Price Display Source field, specify ERP.
  3. Click Save.
  4. On the Customer Details page, verify the read-only Show Discount field:
    If set to Yes, items show the discounts.
    If set to No, items show only the net price.
