Publishing usage data to Infor User Analytics

Aggregated metrics are pushed to Infor User Analytics automatically, one push for each date. Only aggregated data is pushed.

Use the IUA Push Timestamp and IUA Push Status columns to monitor the result:

SUCCESS: Indicates that the metrics of the record were received by Infor User Analytics.
FAILED: Indicates that the push did not succeed. Failed records are retried automatically on the next runs. The counts are not affected and are not sent twice.
RUNNING: Indicates that the record is aggregated but the push is not yet completed.

Note: If a record remains FAILED, contact Infor Support. The usage counts remain available on the page and in the downloaded file while the push is pending.
