Publishing synonym rules

After a user has finalized all changes to a synonym set, a user needs to click Publish for the modifications to take effect in the Dynamic Search. An orange banner is displayed while the publication is ongoing, as it might take some time before it finishes. After publishing is done, the orange banner as well as the badges will disappear, and a success message is prompted on the page.
