Filtering and searching usage records

The table displays the usage records of one date at a time. Use the date field to select the date, and the Search bar to narrow the records of that date.

Selecting a usage date

  1. Click the date field.
  2. Select the date you want to view.
  3. The table is reloaded for the selected date.
  4. To return to the current date, click Today.
    Note: The current date is taken from the server region of the service, not from your computer. If your local date is ahead of the server date, the page opens on the server date, and Today selects the server date.

Searching usage records

You can search for usage records using these values in the Search bar:

  • Module name
  • Feature name
  • Action

Default sorting of usage records

Records are sorted by the most recent activity, with the newest first. For the current date, the order is based on the time the last event of each action was received, so the action that was used most recently is displayed at the top. For previous dates, the order is based on the last time the aggregated record was updated, which includes updates from the push to Infor User Analytics.

Viewing and downloading the usage data

You can review the usage records of a selected date in JSON format, or save them to a file. Both options use the same content, which is structured in the same way as the data that is sent to Infor User Analytics.

The records are grouped by module and feature. The actions of a group are listed together and their counts are added, so the totals match the values in the table. The module names, feature names, metric types, and the Infor User Analytics push information are included.

Note: View JSON and Download JSON are only enabled for previous dates that return at least one record. Both are disabled for the current date because the counts can still change, and for previous dates that return no records.

  1. Select a previous date.
  2. Click View JSON.
  3. Review the records in the dialog box.

Downloading the usage data in JSON format

  1. Select a previous date.
  2. Click Download JSON.
    The file is downloaded.
