Creating users

  1. Sign in to Infor OS Portal as a user with permission to create other users.
  2. Navigate to Security > Users.
  3. Click Add new item.
  4. Specify the user credentials.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the user in the list.
  7. Click User Details.
  8. Click the Security Roles tab.
  9. Click Add new item.
  10. Select one or more of these roles:
    RHYTHM-Administrator
    Select this role to grant the user access to the Rhythm Services dashboard.
    RHYTHM-BODAdministration
    Select this role to grant the user access to the PIM BOD service.
    RHYTHM-NotificationAdministrator
    Select this role to grant the user access to the Notification service.
    Infor-SystemAdminstrator
    Select this role to grant the user access to all components of Rhythm Services.
  11. Click Add & Close.
  12. Click Save.
