Publishing synonym rules

Once a user has finalized all changes to a synonym set, a user needs to click Publish for the modifications to take effect in the Dynamic Search. An orange banner is displayed while the publication is ongoing, as it may take some time before it finishes. Once publishing is done, the orange banner as well as the badges will disappear, and a success message is prompted on the page.
