Example: customer account summary

This example illustrates how to use the API wrapper to create a customer account summary that you can display on your website. This example uses CloudSuite Distribution API.
Complete these steps:
  1. Add the CSD API to a wrapper. Use these endpoints:
    • sxapiSFCustomerSummary
    • sxapirgetcustomerdatacreditv2
  2. Create a Rhythm Portal structure. Use the structure to specify the fields to include in the customer account summary.
  3. Configure the template. Link the structure, arrange the fields in the report, and specify the source of data for the fields.
  4. Add the structure to web content.

Notes

When you place the web content on a page, ensure that the page permissions are appropriate. For example, ensure that guest users cannot see customer-specific data.
