Creating the Edit Order page and configuring the widget

  1. In the web shop, sign in as a site editor.
  2. Create the Edit Order page.
  3. Add the Edit Order widget to the page.
    1. On the Edit Order page, click the Add button.
    2. Expand the Rhythm Commerce Widgets menu.
    3. Drag the Edit Order widget to the page.
  4. On the widget, select Options > Configuration .
  5. Specify these configurations:
    Select the Product Details Page
    Select the name of the Product Details page. This page is opened when users click the product link in the widget.
    Select the Order History List Page
    Select the name of the Order History List page.
    Order For Approval Details Target Page
    Select the name of the Order For Approval Details page.
    Select the Continue Shopping Landing Page
    Select the name of the Shopping Cart page. This page is opened when users click the Shopping Cart button.
    Select the Quote Details Target Page
    Select the name of the Quote Details page.
    Enable breadcrumbs
    To provide a navigation path back to the Order History List page, turn on this switch.
    Show Product Image
    To show thumbnail images of the products in the edit order, turn on this switch.
    Display Quantity Range on Orderlines
    To show the lower and upper product quantity limits, turn on this switch.
    Group By Warehouse
    To group products by warehouse from which they will ship, turn on this switch.
    Group By Delivery Date
    To group products by the date that they will be delivered, turn on this switch.
    Minimum number of characters required to invoke the Search
    Specify the number of characters users must specify before search results are returned.
    Edit Order Search Wait Time (in ms)
    Specify how long a user must wait for search results to be displayed after entering the minimum number of characters.
  6. Click Save.
