Setting up order file uploads using GenAI

This feature extends the order file upload functionality. You must complete the steps in Setting up order file uploads. Complete these additional steps to set up the GenAI functionality for uploading files to add items to the cart.

  1. In the Business Center, specify the GenAI Chat Service URL in the WebService.URL Endpoint (GenAI) application property. Your tenant must have GenAI provisioned to access the URL. You can copy the GenAI Chat Service URL by signing in to the Infor OS Portal > OS > API Gateway > Available APIs > GenAI.
  2. In the Business Center, add the GenAI Order File Upload feature element to the roles that require access to this feature.
