Adding a filter to the BillOfMaterial BOD

  1. Sign in to Infor OS Portal.
  2. From the Navigation menu, select ION.
  3. Select Connect > Data Flows.
  4. Open the data flow between the ERP and Rhythm Commerce.
  5. Drag and drop the FIlter icon between the ERP application and the Rhythm Commerce application.
  6. In the Properties tab, specify a name and description for the filter.
  7. Click the Attributes tab.
  8. Click the Add button.
  9. Expand the BillOfMaterials BOD to locate the BillOfMaterials/BillOfMaterialsHeader/UsageDescription xpath.
  10. Select the xpath and click OK.
  11. Click the Conditions tab.
  12. In the Document field, select BillOfMaterials.
  13. Click the Add button.
  14. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the condition.
    Type
    Select Attribute Value Comparison.
    Attribute
    Select UsageDescription.
    Operation
    Select in set.
    Value
    Specify the product structure type that you use for spare parts, and optionally for kits.
  15. Click OK.
  16. In the Used Condition field on the Conditions tab, select the condition that you created in step 14.
  17. Click Save.
  18. Enable the document flow.
