Configuring the Dashboard Customer Service Contact Information and Market Contact Information widgets
- Sign in to Rhythm Portal as a site editor.
- Navigate to the dashboard page.
- On the Dashboard Customer Service Contact Info widget, select .
- In the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration, select Yes to display the contact information for the store or warehouse that the customer selects. If a store or warehouse is not selected, the market contact information is displayed. To always display the market contact information, select No.
- Click Save.
- On the Market Contact Info widget, select .
- In the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration, select a setting. For consistency, we recommend that you select the same option in the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration in the Market Contact Info and Dashboard Customer Service Contact Info.
- Click Save.
