Specifying the display order of facet values

  1. In the Business Center, select Items > Attributes. All attributes that are set up as facets are displayed.
  2. Click the name of a facet filter. An attribute is a facet filter if Yes is displayed in the Facet Filter column.
  3. In the Facet Value Sorting field, specify how to sort the facet values. You can sort by these criteria:
    • Value count. The facet values are sorted based on the number of products that match each facet value.
    • Alphanumeric. The facet values are sorted by name or number.
    • Numeric. Facet values that use numbers only in the name are sorted. Facet values that use letters or a combination of letters and numbers are not sorted.
    You can specify whether to sort in ascending order or descending order.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Select Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs.
  6. Run the Search.DeltaBuild job.
