List of customer and consumer users that the CSR can impersonate

As a CSR, you can impersonate all users of a tenant in the web shop that conforms to the criteria that a customer or consumer user only has the Rhythm User role in Rhythm Portal.
Note: Ensure that the user you intend to impersonate conforms to the criteria for you to successfully impersonate them.

The User Impersonation widget contains a table of all customer and consumer users of the tenant. Only those who have Rhythm User as their only role are enabled and can be impersonated. All other users are disabled which means the CSR cannot impersonate them.

These information about each user is available on the table:
  • Username
  • Email Address
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Number
  • User Type
    Note: User Type shows whether the user is a Customer or a Consumer user.
CSR Users can use the search bar and search filter to search for the user they intend to impersonate. You can use the search filter to filter these fields:
  • Username
  • Email Address
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Number

After selecting the search filter, you can specify your search keyword in the search bar.
