Viewing audit logs through Rhythm Audit
Tenant administrators can view the audit logs. To access Rhythm Audit, navigate to under the Security section.
The audit log contains a table with the information about all users who access the web shop. Tenant administrators use the audit log to assist users who have trouble signing in the web shop. In the Resource action column, tenant administrators can see the action that users performed. They can also verify whether the action was successful. For example, user 1 logs in to the web shop successfully, the value in this column is Login. If user 2 fails to log in, the value is Login_Failure.
