Administrators

You and your co-workers are administrators. You can create administrators in Infor OS Portal or Rhythm Portal.

When you use Infor OS Portal to create administrators, the user is created in other products in Rhythm for Commerce with the user ID and password that you specify in Infor OS Portal. The role that you assign when you create the user in Infor OS Portal determines the products that the user can access and the user's role in the products. For example, if you create a user with the RHY-administrator role in Infor OS Portal, the user is created with the Administrator role in the Business Center and the Tenant Administrator role in Rhythm Portal. Administrators created in Infor OS Portal use Infor OS Portal to access the products in Rhythm for Commerce.

You can also create administrators directly in Rhythm Portal. Administrators that you create in Rhythm Portal can access Rhythm Portal and the Business Center, but they must access these products individually. They cannot use Infor OS Portal to access the products in Rhythm for Commerce.
