A CSR user is an authorized user that can impersonate a customer or consumer user, upon their request, for the purpose of account related support or to place an order on their behalf.
- Access Rhythm Portal as a tenant administrator.
- On the Control panel, click Users and Organizations.
- Click New.
- Specify required information such as your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name.
- Click Save.
- On the General tab, select Roles.
- Under Regular Roles, click Select.
- On the Rhythm CSR User row, click Choose.
- Click Save.
- On the Rhythm tab, select any customer.
- Click Save.
- Select the CSR check box.
- Click Save.
An email notification is sent to the email address and the user can set up their password.
