Creating a CSR user

A CSR user is an authorized user that can impersonate a customer or consumer user, upon their request, for the purpose of account related support or to place an order on their behalf.
  1. Access Rhythm Portal as a tenant administrator.
  2. On the Control panel, click Users and Organizations.
  3. Click New.
  4. Specify required information such as your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the General tab, select Roles.
  7. Under Regular Roles, click Select.
  8. On the Rhythm CSR User row, click Choose.
  9. Click Save.
  10. On the Rhythm tab, select any customer.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Select the CSR check box.
  13. Click Save.
    An email notification is sent to the email address and the user can set up their password.
