Deleting Indexed User Group

If there are discrepancies between the saved customers in the database and the indexed data, complete these steps:
  1. Click Delete opposite the Indexed User Group.
  2. Click OK.
  3. To verify that the indexed user group was deleted, sign in to the web shop and confirm that customers are available in the multi-customer drop-down field. Searching and clicking View All does not show any customers.
  4. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs to reindex customer groups in the Elasticsearch.
  5. Click Run on the Search.FullBuild. Wait for the job to finish.
    Note: We recommend running this during off-peak business hours.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To verify if reindexing was successful, sign in to the web shop and confirm that you can search, view all, and select customers from the multi-customer drop-down field.
