Performing Data Clean-up

Only the cloud administrators can access Data Clean-Up in the Business Center. You can delete these data types:
  • Transactional Data include Submitted Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes.
  • Indexed Items include items from a specific Business Center tenant in the Elasticsearch.
  • Indexed User Group include customer groups from a specific Business Center tenant in the Elasticsearch.
Note: Cloud administrators cannot choose which specific data to delete.
  1. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Data Clean-Up.
  2. This table lists the information on the Data Clean-Up menu:

    Data Type

    Click the Transactional Data to show the types of data deleted in data clean-up. The types of data are Submitted Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes.

    Click the Indexed Items to show the type of data deleted in data clean-up. The type of data is Indexed Items.

    Click the Indexed User Group to show the type of data deleted in data clean-up. The type of data is Indexed User Group.
    Status Roll back: If there was an error when the data clean-up was first triggered. This is only applicable to Transactional Data.

    Finished: After the data clean-up has been successfully triggered.

    Start Time The start time for the data clean-up.
    Finish Time The end time for the data clean-up.
    Remarks When you click on View Details, a pop-up window showing the logged information from the back end is displayed.

    This field is cleared after all transactional data has been deleted.
