Applying new visibility settings

  1. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs.
  2. Click Run for these scheduled jobs:
    • Category.GenerateCategoryVisibility
    • Item.GenerateVisibility
    • Search.DeltaBuild or Search.FullBuild
    Note: Run the Search.FullBuild if you are running Search indexing for the first time. Run the Search.DeltaBuild to reflect any updates to indexing.
  3. To verify that the scheduled jobs have been run successfully, click Refresh and verify the status each scheduled job as OK.
