Deleting sender credentials

You cannot delete sender credentials that are currently used on notification templates. If sender credentials are used on a notification template, then Yes is displayed in the Active column and the Delete button is unavailable.

You also cannot delete the default Merchant Admin sender credentials.

  1. In the menu, select Senders.
  2. Click the Delete button.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete. The sender is deleted.
