Workflow

You can set up a single-level workflow. In a single-level flow, a user creates the content, and another user approves the content. The content must be approved before it can be added to the website.

To manage workflow tasks, use options that are available on the User menu. Content creators can use the My Submissions option to review the status of content. Content reviewers can use the My Workflow Tasks option to locate content that requires review.
