Adding a hyperlink to web content

You can add a link to an external URL, an asset from Documents and Media, or a page in the website.

  1. In the navigation pane, expand the menu under the name of the site.
  2. Select Content & Data > Web Content.
  3. Select the text or image.
  4. Click the Link button.
  5. Click the arrow and specify how the link is opened. Select one of these options:
    Option Description
    Default Open the link with the browser's default setting.
    _self (same tab) Open the link in the current browser tab.
    _blank (new tab) Open the link in a new tab.
    _parent Open the link in the current frame's parent frame.
    _top Open the link in the top frame.
  6. Specify the link:
    • To open a hyperlink, specify the URL in the field.
    • To open an asset from Documents and Media or a page in your website, click the browse button and select the asset or page.
  7. Click the Confirm button.
