Creating document folders for documents and media
- In the navigation pane, expand the menu under the name of the site.
- Select Content & Data > Documents and Media.
- Select Add > Folder.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- Specify the name of the folder.
- Description
- Optionally, specify a description of the folder.
- Permissions
- Click the Viewable By arrow to select the role of the users who can view the folder. To view additional security settings, click More Options.
- Click Save.
