Viewing related entities in the Entities form

  1. On the dashboard, click Entities.
  2. If multiple accounting entities are available in PIM, ensure that you have selected the accounting entity that you want to use.
  3. In the navigation pane, select the entity type of the entity that you want to view. Alternatively, you can select the parent entity type of the entity.
  4. Click the name of the entity.
  5. Click the Relationships tab.
    Related entities are grouped by relationship name.
    If the related entity exists in PIM, you can click the item thumbnail to view more information.
    If the related entity does not exist in PIM, then only the item number from the ERP is displayed. You cannot click the thumbnail.
