Completing a search for entities that contain any value in an attribute field

Use this procedure to search for entities where the specified attribute ID is populated with any value.

  1. On the dashboard, click Entities.
  2. If multiple accounting entities are available in PIM, ensure that you have selected the accounting entity that you want to use.
  3. Use the navigation pane to select the type of entities to search.
  4. In the Search field, specify the attribute ID, followed by a colon, a space, and then the value !EMPTY. For example, specify Color: !EMPTY to find entities that have a value in the Color attribute.
  5. Press Enter.
