Exporting entity information
You can export information about entities to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can
export information for all entities with a particular entity type or for selected entities. If
you use multiple accounting entities, then information is exported only for the currently
selected accounting entity.
The export file includes each entity's text and text area attributes. To be included in the file, you must define an attribute on the entity type that you select for export. Any defined attributes on a child entity type are ignored.
The data in enumeration attributes is included when you export entity information. If the data is defined as non-multiselect, then the single value is exported. If the data is defined as multiselect, then the multiple value is exported.
