Downloading media files from an entity

You can download copies of image and document files.

  1. On the dashboard, click Entities.
  2. If multiple accounting entities are available in PIM, ensure that you have selected the accounting entity that you want to use.
  3. In the navigation pane, select the entity type of the entity. Alternatively, you can select the parent entity type of the entity.
  4. Click the name of the entity.
  5. In the section for the attribute, click the Actions column and select Download. The action that happens next depends upon the browser that you use. For example, you might be prompted to select a file location, or the file might be downloaded to a default location.
