Integrations

PIM has its own database. When you integrate the PIM database to your ERP and Rhythm for Commerce databases, information about items flows from your ERP to PIM, where you enrich item information. Then, the information flows from PIM to Rhythm for Commerce and your web shop.

Integration to an ERP

The SyncItemMaster BOD is used to integrate the ERP to PIM. Use Infor OS ION to set up the integration.

Integration to Rhythm for Commerce

PIM integrates to Rhythm for Commerce through API. To integrate PIM to Rhythm for Commerce, complete these tasks:

In Rhythm Services, use the Settings form to specify the PIM vendor ID.
