Which items are replicated from the ERP?

You can use the Replication.Insert Inactive Items application property in the Business Center to control the items that are replicated from the ERP.

If True is specified in the application property, then items whose ERP status map to these BOD statuses are replicated:
  • Open
  • DoNotReorder
  • Hold
  • Obsolete
  • Pending
If False is specified in the application property, then items whose ERP status map to these BOD statuses are replicated:
  • Open
  • DoNotReorder

Items whose statuses map to Hold, Obsolete, or Pending are replicated in the Business Center as inactive items. Items whose status map to Open or DoNotReorder are replicated in the Business Center as active items.
