Mapping ERP statuses to the Stocked status

Use the Application Details form to specify the ERP statuses that are equivalent to the Stocked status.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Details.
  2. In the Group field, select Item.
  3. Click Search.
  4. In the Stocked Inventory Status value field, specify the ERP statuses that map to the Stocked status in the web shop. Use a comma-separated list. For example, specify stocked,to be stocked. The status values to use depend upon the statuses that are used in your ERP.
  5. Click Save.
