Configuring website links in emails

If you have created multiple websites in your tenant, use the Business Center and Rhythm Portal to identify the website links to include in emails that you send to customers.

  1. In the Business Center, use the Market Details form to specify the links to use in emails. Specify this information:
    URL
    Specify the URL of the website that is sent to customers who are assigned to the market.
    Order History Target Page
    Specify the friendly URL page name of the Order History page on your website. Ensure that you include the forward slash before the name of the page. For example, if your Order History page is named Orders, specify /Orders in this field.

  2. In Rhythm Portal, edit the email notifications. Contact an Infor Representative to help you with this step. In the email notifications, use the ($SITE_URL$) placeholder to indicate where in the email to display the URL that you specified in the Business Center.
