Using the ERP to determine the delivery method for the order

  1. Select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. Specify these application properties:
    WebService.Send Order Delivery Method
    Specify false.
    Ordering.Order History Delivery Method Display
    Specify false.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Select Application Setup > Roles.
  5. Click the role that you are setting up, or create a new role.
  6. Clear these check boxes:
    • Choose Multiple Delivery Methods
    • Order Line Shipping Address
    • Order Line Req Del Date
    • Get Confirmed Delivery Dates
    • Single Delivery Method
  7. Click Save.
  8. Use the Users form or the User Segments form to assign the role to users.
