Cost centers
If you use Infor M3 as your ERP, then you can configure the web shop to display a
Cost Center field in the Shipping step of the
checkout.
Your customers use cost centers to associate purchases with a part of their organization, such as a department or division.
To set up cost centers, complete these steps in the Business Center:
- In the Application Properties form, enable cost center functions.
- In the Application Details form, configure the length of cost center IDs.
- In the Cost Center form, create cost center IDs.
- In the Cost Center Details form or User Details form, assign cost centers to customer users.
