Order guide design

• Main Category. The guide is grouped by this column.
• Item Name
• Item Number
• Price
• Quantity

You can add columns that are based on item attributes. You can select static attributes, such as item name or item long description. If the Item Details feature element is enabled for your user role in the Business Center, you can also select dynamic attributes.

Use these options to design the appearance of the order guide table:

• Grouping: You can group order guides by up to two columns. For example, you can group items by their main category. Within the category grouping, you could also group items by brand.
• Sort order: You can specify whether to sort each column. You can sort columns in ascending order, descending order, or no sorting order.
• Column width: You can specify the width of columns that you are not using to group items in the guide.
