Configuring the Your Reference field

Contact an Infor representative to complete this procedure.
  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Details.
  2. In the Filter field, select Ordering.
  3. To pre-populate the Your Reference field, specify one of these values in the AutopopulateYourReference application detail:
    • User ID
    • User Name
  4. In the Your Reference Character Limit application detail, specify the maximum length of the value that you can specify in the Your Reference field. The maximum value that you can specify is 50. The default value is 50. If you are auto-populating the Your Reference field, and the auto-populated value is greater than the limit that you specified, then the value is truncated.
