Verifying main categories in the catalog

To display key attributes in the web shop, a product's main category must be included in the catalog.

  1. Identify the product's main category.
    1. In the Business Center, select Items > Items.
    2. Click the item number.
    3. In the Categories section, note the name of the main category.
  2. Verify that the main category is in the catalog.
    1. Select Shop > Catalogs.
    2. Click the name of the catalog.
    3. Click the Catalog Category tab.
    4. Verify that the category that you identified in step one is included in the catalog.
