Configuring document downloads

If your ERP is integrated to Infor Document Management, you can make documents from IDM available to your customers on your website.

You can use the Generic Document Download widge to download any type of document from IDM. A site editor places the generic document download widget on any web page and configures the widget to specify the type of document that you can download. Consumer users who have self-registered cannot download documents from the Generic Document Download widget.

You can also set up the Business Center to make delivery notes, invoices, and order confirmations available for download.
