Using rules in inriver PIM to add recommended items

Optionally, you can create recommended item groupings with rules.

For example, if you sell wool hats, and you recommend other items made of wool when customers view wool hats, you could create a rule that automatically associates all wool items with wool hats.

  1. Sign in toinriver PIM .
  2. Click Enrich.
  3. Open the product or item.
  4. Click the Includes tab. The recommendation types are displayed.
  5. Click the menu icon next to the recommendation type and select Configure Link Rule.
  6. Click Create Rule.
  7. Specify the rule.
  8. Click Refresh. Items that match the rule are added to the recommendation type.
