Edit customer order after submit
If you use Infor M3 Cloud as your ERP, your customers can use the web shop to edit existing customer orders.
When this feature is enabled, an Edit Order link is available on a submitted order in the Order History given that it satisfies the set up edit order criteria in the Business Center. The edits available to users are subject to order lines.
After users click the Edit Order link, they proceed to the Edit Order page. Customers can search for items, specify the quantity, optionally specify the unit of measure, or add order line notes on the Add Product modal by clicking the Add Product link. Customers can also update product quantities and optionally display the acceptable quantity range of the product that they are updating. They can also cancel unprocessed order lines by clicking the Cancel Line link. To complete the edit of the order, customers click the SAVE CHANGES button. The order total is updated as the user save their order.
After successfully editing an order, the order details are updated to reflect the latest changes.
