Configuring Contact Information and User Logo widgets

When users self-register, they are assigned to a generic ERP company. Additionally, self-registered customers do not have billing addresses. Therefore, we recommend that you configure the widgets on the User Info page to hide company and billing address information.

Note: This procedure refers to the default location of the widgets. If you have placed these widgets on other pages, navigate to those pages to configure the widgets.
  1. Sign in to the web shop as a site editor.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard page.
  3. On the Contact Information widget, select Options > Configuration.
  4. In the Display Billing Address configuration, click False.
  5. Navigate to the User Info page.
  6. On the User Logo widget, select Options > Configuration.
  7. In the Display Company Information configuration, click False.
  8. Click SAVE.
