Deleting transaction data

Use the Business Center to specify the maximum age of orders, invoices, and delivery notes to display in the web shop. Transactions that are older than the maximum age are deleted from the Rhythm database and are no longer displayed in the web shop.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Details.
  2. In the Group field, specify Ordering.
  3. In the MaxTransactionDaysBeforePurging parameter, specify the maximum number of days that orders, invoices, and delivery notes are retained. Transactions that are older than the maximum days are deleted.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Select Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs.
  6. In the row that contains the PreviousOrder.CleanupOrderHistory job, use the Cron Expression field or Interval field to specify how often to run the job.
