shows the customer's dashboard. The customer can view this

User Information | Customers use this page to review information about their accounts.
Customers can update their account preferences and review
information about recent orders and invoices. Depending on their
role in the Business Center, customers can also
perform these actions:

Category List | This page shows the categories into which your products are organized. |
Edit Order | This page shows where users can edit their existing orders. |
Favorites | This page shows the items that users added in their Favorites list. This page also shows lists created by the user. |
Favorite Details | This page shows the Favorites lists. Users can add, remove, and move items from a Favorite list. |
Product List | This page shows the product catalog. Customers can use category navigation, filters, and the product search function to navigate the catalog. |
Product Detail | This page shows information about a particular product. The information that is displayed depends upon the information that is available in your ERP, in the Business Center, and in a product information management system. |
Spare Parts Detail | This page shows a list of spare parts that are available for a parent product. Customers can click a spare part item number to view additional information about the part. |
Campaign Details | This page shows information about a campaign. The promotions that are included in the campaign are displayed. Campaign and promotion images and text are read from the Business Center. Pricing is read from the ERP. |
Promotion Details | This page shows information about a promotion. Promotion images and text are read from the Business Center. Pricing is read from the ERP. |
Search Results | This page shows a list of products that match the customer's search criteria. The information that is displayed on the page is the same as the information that is displayed on the Product List page. |
Order History | Customers use the order history page to view information about their past orders by order number. |
Ordered Items | Customers use the ordered items page to view information about their past orders by item. |
Order Details | If a customer clicks an order number link, the Order Details page is opened. This page shows the products in the order, the quantities that were ordered, and the price of each product. Shipping addresses and order line statuses are also displayed. |
Template Order List | The Template Order List page shows a list of saved orders. Customers can create template orders from the Shopping Cart. |
Template Order Details | If a customer clicks an order on the Template Order List page, the Template Details page is opened. This page shows the products and quantities in the order. |
Order Approval List | If you set up order approval, order approvers use this page to view a list of the order requests that have been submitted to them. Order requesters use this page to view a list of the requests that they have submitted. |
Order for Approval Details | If you set up order approval, approvers and requesters use this page to monitor the progress of an order request. Approvers can approve or reject order requests. They can also create an order from a previous request. Requesters can cancel pending order requests. They can also create a new request from a previous request. |
Order Guide List | If you set up order guides, customers use this page to view a list of their guides. Users with management permission can delete guides from the list. |
Order Guide Details | If you set up order guides, customers use this page to order items in an order guide. Users with management permission can delete the guide. |
Quote Request | Customers use this page to request a pricing quote for items. |
Quote List | Customers use this page to view a list of requests for quotes. |
Quote Details | Customers use this page to accept or reject a quote. |
Invoice List | Customers use this page to view information about their invoices. |
Invoice Details | If a customer clicks Invoice Details for an invoice on the Invoice List page, the Invoice Details page is opened. The Invoice Details page shows the IDs of the orders associated with the invoice, shipment information, an invoice summary, and customer service information. |
Delivery Note Details | If a customer clicks a delivery note in the

Shopping Cart | This page shows the products that the customer plans to purchase. Customers can use the quick order entry function or the file upload function to add more products. |
Checkout | Customers use the checkout page to place their orders. |
User Registration | Guests use this page to register for accounts. This page is accessed during the checkout process. Users should not use a URL to navigate directly to this page. |
Store Locator | Customers use this page to locate your stores. |
Store Details | Customers use this page to review information about your stores. |
About Us | This page shows information about your company. |
Brand Details | This page shows information about the brands that you offer. |
Contact Us | This page shows contact information and other helpful information for your customers. |
