Prerequisities for using Infor AI Platform for product recommendations

You must enable Rhythm Recommendation Service (RRS) and Infor AI Platform integration to use the Infor AI recommendation type.

  1. Sign in to your Mingle tenant with RHYTHM-Administrator and IONAPI-User roles.
  2. From the application tray, select Rhythm Services.
  3. Select Dashboard > Settings.
  4. Complete the steps for each parameter for the Infor AI group and ION group.
