Displaying purchase order numbers on invoice widgets

You can display purchase order numbers on the Dashboard Recent Invoice, Invoice List, and Invoice Details widgets. Use roles to specify the users who can see purchase order numbers.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Roles.
  2. Click the name of a role, or create a new role.
  3. Select the Purchase Order Number feature element.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Assign the role to users who can see purchase order numbers. Note that these users can also specify a purchase order number during checkout.
